    Don't really know if update will help but it's been stuck since new, Get to the update window and in select files the drop down menu gives me no options to update and it wants something typed in the box. Tried different things and it highlights the update box but then says file error. Also I can plug it in to some vehicles and can read data but will not link to 2 different 2003 Gm obd2 trucks [localimg]1[/localimg]

    Tried on this sight to download ms609 update pack and it starts to run but stops saying the connection with server has been reset. All you can do is click OK and then your done.

    Reply to 3 floor: Was able to download update pack after several attempts and it is stored in recent documents. Now it says unzip and run setup.exe which I cant seem to make happen. Shouldn't I right click the update pack icon and be able to unzip or extract and then follow directions?? Something so simple sure is giving me a hard time. Thanks if you can help

    Unistalled everything and started from scratch. Was able to update both, programs and DTC sucessfully. Now back to square one, STILL LOCKED IN PROGRAM MODE. In a period of over 2 weeks I've tried Autel phone support, e-mail support and this forum with no help. Friday is garbage day and after all this waisted time anything AUTEL will find it's way there.

    If you bought this MS609 just recently, pls ask the vendor for refund...because you can't use it from the beginning.....Sounds like something is wrong with the hardware.
